Welcome to our home, a great place to relax and enjoy all that this area has to offer.
Manyana Beach is an easy 10-minute flat walk from home. Green Island and Bendalong are both a 5- minute drive.
Within a hundred meters theres a playground, tennis court, oval, basketball court and skate park. Racquets and balls are provided.
A large, sunny, covered, north facing back deck has an outdoor table/seating and a new BBQ.
Enjoying watching the kangaroos that come to visit and as the property is unfenced no pets are permitted.
The house comfortably accommodates six people. There three bedrooms, a king, a double and one with two singles.
Air conditioning and WiFi available.
There’s a handy outdoor shower plus a bathroom with two toilets.
The large kitchen includes a dishwasher and espresso machine.
Bring your own sheets, towels and pillow cases.
Two general stores/cafes are close by, one in Cunjurong point and another in Bendalong.

Chris Cody - 27th January 2023We had a really lovely relaxing time at 22 Bartizan St/SunnySide. From the moment we arrived the house and garden had a good vibe. It was very clean and the house had a nice flow and feeling to it, with open plan living, comfortable sofas, beds and lounges, and all the appliances and comforts you could possibly need . We especially enjoyed the back deck and had all our meals there, watching the abundant birdlife and the kangaroos that visited most mornings and evenings. It was an easy walk past the oval and tennis courts to the magnificent local beach, Green Island and lake Cunjola and we spent most of the week swimming, tanning and walking. The outdoor shower feature was practical after the beach. We even fit in a bit of tennis and kayaking. We hope to return here soon and can strongly recommend it.
