This beautifully presented modern holiday home is ideally located for those much needed holidays.
Kangaroos graze in waterfront reserve across the road from home.
Enjoy your getaway spending hours lazing on the beautiful unspoilt beaches in the secluded South Coast village of Bendalong.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area is all open plan with reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher and microwave.
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor also with a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
On the lower floor is a games / tv room with ping pong table, two singles and bunk beds and an additional bathroom and laundry.
The deck upstairs is partly undercover and there is a gas BBQ stored in the garage but please only use it outside downstairs.
Close enough to Milton/Ulladulla if you need a shopping fix or a day out at Fun land or the Cinema.
Bendalong General Store and Café a short walk from house also.

Bendalong is a 30 minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.
At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.
Strictly no smoking inside or pets at this property as local kangaroos visit.
