Incredible holiday rental, just a short walk to either the beach, lake, or island. Set high on the hill the house gets great sun (and good mobile service!)
The house is in immaculate condition, having just been renovated with new floors, large entertaining deck with BBQ, outdoor sitting area with fire pit, new dining room and front loading washing machine.
There are 2 main bedrooms with Queen beds and a 3rd room with bunk beds for 4 kids. 1 bunk is a double at the bottom.
Bed linen and towel provided for bookings made from the 22.4.24.
Kick a ball around in the yard, take a sunset walk, sit at home and play Xbox or whatever you like!
Surrounded by water - Manyana beach and Green Island is at the end of the street and the crystal clear water of Lake Conjola is a 5 minute walk away. Berringer Lake is a 5 minute drive for skiing or a 5 minute drive to the secluded beaches at Bendalong. Cunjurong Point is a secluded natural haven.
Swimming, surfing, fishing, skiing, canoeing, bike riding, walking, reading or sleeping the options are yours and on your doorstep.
30 minute drive away is Historic Milton and intermediate level mountain trails up to Pigeon House mountain.
The ideal secret holiday location. No crowds. Just easy, relaxed and beautiful.
Kangaroos, king parrots and a multitude of native wildlife live in the area (and visit the house regularly) It is for that reason alone that we cannot accept pets.
This home has been in our family for many years and has always been lovingly cared for. We absolutely want to share it with your family, friends or small groups of considerate adults. It is not a frat house, and we maintain excellent relationships with our neighbours for that reason.
Enjoy a morning cuppa from the Nespresso coffee machine, bring your own pods.

Perfect family beach holiday house
Michael M - 14th January 2024We loved our stay at this property. Plenty of space. Definitely big enough for 2 small families. Amazing kitchen. Huge back yard perfect for kids cricket, soccer etc. 5 minute walk to beach and 2 minute walk to cafe. We will return for sure!
