Manyana is a friendly coastal town only 50 mins south of Nowra and 25 minutes north of Ulladulla.

Most people holiday here to enjoy the fishing, surfing, boating and the beach.

Get up early and have a swim in the pristine water and enjoy the unspoiled beaches.

There are many nice walks or visit the local stingrays at Bendalong boat ramp.

Enjoy your daily coffee or a meal at The Hub Cafe at Bendalong or The Deli at Cunjurong Point.

There are tennis courts, skate ramp, basketball courts and a soccer field at Manyana also.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge room are open plan.

It is a two bedroom top floor unit sleeping four comfortably, with a queen bed and two singles.

There is an undercover entertaining deck with a gas BBQ.

The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and separate toilet on this level also.

Downstairs is the laundry with an additional shower and toilet.

Please note: Permanent resident lives on lower floor. Backyard not available.
