Water views of Green Island are afforded from this original beach house located in a quite culdesac opposite Manyana Beach.

Open plan kitchen, dining and loungeroom up stairs with dishwasher, TV and DVD.

Undercover deck with outdoor seating and gas bbq .

Two bedrooms and bathroom (shower +toilet) located on upper floor along with additional sitting room.

There is a third bedroom accessed externally with another bathroom that also has a shower and toilet downstairs and a laundry.

Garage available to store bikes and boards.

Two local cafes and general store at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point.

Tennis courts (but must bring own rackets and balls) , soccer field, skate park and basket ball court in Manyana.

Plenty of beaches bays and lakes to enjoy fishing, surfing, skiiing, kayaking, kite surfing etc.

Fireplace for heating.

Min 2 night bookings and weekly during Xmas school holidays.

No pets allowed.

No WIFI.

Strictly no smoking inside.
