Great location for a family holiday - walk out the front door seconds from some of the best surfing, swimming and fishing spots on the south coast. Or take a hot outdoor shower after your beach trip and relax on the rear deck whilst the kids play in large backyard. Cafe located just around the corner, selling pantry staples and fresh coffee.

Ground floor features bedroom with 2 sets bunks, bathroom with toilet and shower, laundry and an extra toilet. Upper floors have the two bedrooms (queen / double) and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with lovely woodland views.

There is no dining table but offers a four seater breakfast bar.

Aircon on both levels.

Upon checking into the house you instantly feel at home with the homely vibe that presents. The house is in a perfect location between bush land, surf and lake with still having the luxury of a stroll for morning coffees. The house is equipped with many enjoyable spaces with comfortable bedrooms, a cool kids bedroom zone, practical bathrooms, appointed kitchen and laundry, with a great outdoor space that the doggies feel very at home in. I really enjoyed my stay here with my family and felt extremely rejuvenated thanks to this beautiful accomodation.
