This two bedroom granny flat (behind main residence) is close to Manyana Beach and Berringer lake, so make sure you bring your surfboards and kayaks.

The lounge, dining and kitchen area are combined. The flat has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two singles.

The external bathroom has a vanity, shower, toilet and a washing machine.

There is an undercover patio with table and chairs and a gas BBQ.

This property is 5 minute walk to Yulunga Reserve where you can play soccer, use the skate park, play basketball or hire the tennis courts. Must bring your own equipment.

There are two Cafes in the local area; The Deli at Cunjurong Point and Bendalong Cafe and General Store at Bendalong.

Please bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels as these are not provided.
